Delivery Information, Costs & Timescales
For items priced at £50.00 or over the Big Feet Shop is offering FREE DELIVERY on all online purchases. Items under £50.00 will carry a £4.99 delivery charge. The cost for postage will automatically be visible at checkout when you come to pay.
Please note that free delivery is NOT applied to orders that fall below and including £49.99 as result of any promotional offer/discount that has been applied.
All UK deliveries are sent via UK Mail and may require a signature on delivery. For any items that fail to be delivered, a card will be left and the item returned to the local UK Mail depot for personal collection or redelivery. Any items not collected within 3 weeks will be returned to us and you may be liable for charges if the 30 day return policy has elapsed by this time.
Orders are delivered within 3 days after you have placed your order (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. We deliver to England, Scotland & Wales. At this time, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. We may restrict other post codes at our discretion. Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid UK addresses (P.O. or B.F.P.O. boxes are not accepted).
Please note all delivery times are subject to product availability and credit card authorisation.
Once your order has been confirmed the delivery address cannot be changed, for security purposes.
Also note, in the unlikely event of Strike Action by UK Mail we cannot be held responsible, if this causes any delays we apologise, but it will be out of our control.
Returns Policy
We are pleased to offer a refund or exchange any unworn and unmarked goods (with the exception of discounted or clearance items) that are within their original packaging and box in a saleable condition. Items must be returned back to us within 30 days along with the original sales receipt, at which time refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed immediately once we are in receipt of your returned items, however please allow up to 14 days for funds to be credited back to your account.
In accordance to your rights we will be pleased to refund any justified complaints goods are found to be defective as to quality description or performance.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn or you have changed your mind or if goods have been damaged after purchase or if the goods have been purchased from our clearance.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning goods please remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us.
For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for example Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery in the UK or a Courier service.
We do not pay for return postage, this will be at your own cost.
Package Damage on arrival
If the product packaging is damaged on arrival and you feel this is unacceptable and detrimental to the product, it should be refused at point of delivery.
If the package is signed for on your behalf and you discover the damage later the issue needs to be flagged within 48 hours for a claim to be made. After this time lapses, we regretably will not be able to assist with a claim for the goods.
